The mission of our organization is to
provide superior and compassionate management and executive organizational
consulting so our clients can create implementible and measurable
long-term change in their organization.
Davis Wick Consulting is a firm committed
to supporting the desired learning and long-term change of clients. For
over twenty years, Davis Wick has served public, non-profit and for-profit
companies nationwide. We provide a variety of services with special focus
on strategic planning, implementation of organization change, support
during corporate mergers and acquisitions, organization design and
restructuring, executive coaching, and team development.
Training internal and external consultants
on the art of consulting itself has also been a long-term service of our
firm. Currently, we offer both
Basic and Advanced Levels of The Consulting Enterprise
Workshops. The overarching
goals of both courses is to build participants’ influence and consulting
expertise so that clients use their services more and request their
support in increasingly significant organizational projects.
The three senior consulting instructors are long-time consulting
professionals who have worked in a variety of technical settings including
marketing, healthcare, information technology, human resource management
and venture capital operations. Their
breadth of expertise provides ready application of consulting issues to
“back home” situations of numerous types.
The organization’s founding member, Dr.
Tish Davis-Wick, has over twenty years of highly successful professional
practice in the field of Organizational Development and Psychology. She
holds a B.A. in Classical Languages, an M.S. in Counseling Education, and
an Ed. D. in Education and Business Administration from the
University
of
Southern California
